By accessing our website or hiring us for any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website and services.

1. Scope of Services

A. Event Management Services

This includes but is not limited to:

• Event planning, production, setup & execution
• Venue coordination & vendor management
• Stage design, fabrication, lighting & AV
• Celebrity, influencer & artist coordination
• Content creation, media coverage, promotions
• Ticketing and guest management (if applicable)

All event deliverables are based on project scope, timelines, and written agreements shared with the client.

B. Digital Marketing & AI Services

This includes:

• Social media management & content execution
• Meta, Google, LinkedIn & YouTube ads
• SEO, SEM, website optimisation
• Influencer partnerships
• Email marketing & CRM automation
• AI-generated content (copy, captions, concepts etc.)
• Marketing automation, chatbots & data analysis
• Website development & branding

Campaign performance depends on platform policies, competition, audience size, and market conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information, brand assets, and required access (ad accounts, website, CRM, etc.).
• Approve content, budgets, and timelines promptly.
• Make timely payments as per the agreement or invoice.
• Ensure provided material does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or legal regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or pending approvals from the client side.

3. Payments & Billing

• All project payments must be made as per the signed proposal or invoice.
• Advance payments are non-refundable, as they are used to allocate resources, planning, manpower, and production.
• For digital marketing, monthly retainers must be paid before the start of the service cycle.
• Any additional service outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Event bookings require:

• 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
• Remaining 50% before event day unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Event Management

• Cancellations after planning or production has begun are non-refundable.
• Venue charges, third-party vendor fees, and artist bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and additional costs.

Digital Marketing Services

• Due to the nature of digital work, no refunds are provided once the monthly cycle begins.
• Advertising budgets spent on platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Cancellation must be requested at least 30 days in advance.

5. Third-Party Platforms

For digital marketing, we rely on:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• WhatsApp APIs
• AI Tools & Automation platforms

We are not responsible for:

• Platform policy changes
• Account restrictions or ad rejections
• Technical glitches or downtime of external services
• Performance fluctuations due to industry competition

6. Intellectual Property

• All creative assets, designs, videos & campaigns created by Taiiki Media remain the intellectual property of Taiiki Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• AI-generated content produced for clients is for licensed usage, not resale.
• Client-provided assets must not infringe on any copyright or trademark.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Project details
• Strategy documents
• Budgets, pricing & deliverables
• Personal & business information

We do not disclose or sell client information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taiiki Media is not liable for:

• Losses caused by third-party platforms
• Delayed approvals or actions from clients
• Market conditions affecting ad performance
• Event disruptions due to external factors (weather, political issues, vendor unavailability, etc.)

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the service contract.

9. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal activities
• Copy or misuse our content, text, or visuals
• Interfere with website functionality or security
