At Taiiki Media, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our Event Management Solutions, Digital Marketing Services, and AI-powered Marketing Solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be approved.

1. General Refund Guidelines

• Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Taiiki Media reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the nature of the service provided, work completed, and contractual commitments.
• Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced unless explicitly stated below.

2. Refund Policy – Event Management Services

2.1 Advance Payment & Booking Amount

• All event bookings require an advance payment to secure dates, resources, and vendors.
• Advance payments are non-refundable, as vendor bookings and resource allocations begin immediately.

2.2 Event Cancellation by Client

Cancellation 30+ days before the event:

Partial refund (up to 30%) may be considered after deducting vendor and planning costs.

Cancellation within 30 days of the event:

No refund due to pre-confirmed bookings and production commitments.

2.3 Event Postponement

• If the client requests to reschedule, Taiiki Media will attempt to adjust based on availability.
• Additional charges may apply depending on new dates, venue, or vendor costs.
• Rescheduling is allowed only once; otherwise, booking will be treated as canceled.

2.4 Event Cancellation by Taiiki Media

If Taiiki Media cancels an event due to internal reasons (rare), a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Policy – Digital Marketing Services

3.1 Service-Based Payments

Digital marketing involves strategy, planning, research, and execution. Therefore, once a project has started, payments are non-refundable, including:

• Social media marketing
• Performance marketing (Meta / Google Ads)
• SEO services
• Website development or optimization
• Content creation
• Marketing consultations
• Email & WhatsApp automation
• Branding services
• AI-driven analytics, automation, or optimization services

3.2 No Guarantee of Results

Taiiki Media does not guarantee any specific performance results (leads, sales, ROAS, ranking positions, etc.) because performance depends on external factors such as competition, market demand, budgets, and platform algorithms. Hence, refunds cannot be granted based on dissatisfaction with campaign results.

3.3 Monthly Retainer Plans

• All retainers are prepaid.
• Refunds are not provided for retainer fees already paid once the month's work has begun.
• Clients may cancel the next billing cycle by giving a 15-day written notice.

4. AI-Powered Marketing Services Refund Policy

This category includes solutions like:

• AI content creation
• AI audience modeling
• Automated lead scoring
• Chatbot development
• Predictive analytics
• AI-driven ad optimization
• Custom AI integrations

Since these solutions involve technical setup, training, and system development:

• All AI service payments are non-refundable once work begins.
• For long-term AI development projects, milestone-based payments are used. Completed milestones are strictly non-refundable.

5. Product/Software Subscription Payments

If Taiiki Media provides third-party or proprietary software tools:

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for already paid periods.

6. Disputes & Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
• Any charges deducted by payment gateways or bank systems are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks

If a client initiates a fraudulent chargeback:

• All services will be immediately suspended.
• Taiiki Media reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover outstanding dues.
